1. What is a robotic pool skimmer and how does it work?

Yes. It is designed to remove common surface contaminants such as leaves, insects, pollen, and other floating particles to help keep your pool clean.
3. Is the robotic pool skimmer solar-powered or battery-operated?
It is battery-powered but also equipped with solar panels that recharge the battery during sunlight hours, allowing for extended operation.
4.How do l start using the skimmer for the first time?
Place the unit in the pool on a sunny day and turn on the power switch. The solar panel will charge the battery as it works, and it will automatically go into standby mode at night, resuming work when the sun rises.
5. What is the minimum operating water depth?
The minimum required water depth is 35 cm (approximately 14 inches).
6.Is the robotic pool skimmer safe to use when people are swimming?
Yes, it is safe to use while people are swimming. The device is designed with user safety in mind.
7. Can l leave it in the pool when it's raining or the fountains are on?
Yes. The robotic pool skimmer is waterproof with an IP68 rating, so it can safely operate during rain or when pool fountains or jets are active.
8.Should l remove it from the pool when the temperature is too hot or too cold?
Yes. You should remove the skimmer from the pool when temperatures fall below 0°C (32°F) to avoid damage from freezing conditions.
9. Do l need to turn the unit off and take it out of the pool at the end of the day?
No. The device is designed for continuous use. You can leave it in the pool overnight, and it will automatically restart when sunlight returns.
10. Where should l store my skimmer after taking it out, and do l need to turn off the power?
If you remove the skimmer from the pool, turn off the power and store it in a cool, shaded area to avoid damage from direct sunlight or high heat.
